User Conduct

You agree not to post abusive, defamatory, or illegal content. Memorial content, forum posts, and tributes must respect the dignity of remembrance and the memory of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.

Memorial Content & Ownership

You are responsible for the content you submit. By creating a memorial, you confirm that you have the rights to use any uploaded photos and that the information shared is done with the consent of relevant parties. You confirm that you own or have permission to use all content you post on the Platform.

Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions and one-time offerings are processed through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Subscription tiers provide different levels of memorial preservation and features as described on our Pricing page.

Advertising

Digital Graveyard displays advertising provided by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising networks. Advertisements help us keep the Platform accessible and free for users who are unable to subscribe. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

Digital Graveyard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruption, or the emotional or psychological consequences of using a grief and memorial platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
